Lion’s Mane
Lion’s Mane Mushroom is another vital ingredient in Alchemy’s recipe because unlike it’s highly touted cousin the Psilocybin mushroom it is not a psychoactive substance. We chose to add this fungus to our drink because it’s well known effect on the brain and its ability to stimulate Nerve Growth Factor, which is a signaling molecule in the brain that helps regenerate neurons. It is also known to have a high percentage of antioxidants that have a significant impact on enhancing our immune systems. Lion’s Mane is also known to help treat Lyme’s Disease and other digestive tract related problems. Mentally, Lion’s Mane is known to help lessen symptoms of anxiety, reduce depression, and improve concentration making it the perfect addition to our mind enhancing drink.
