L - Theanine

We added L-Theanine to our recipe because of its ability to promote relaxation without drowsiness which makes it perfectly synergistic with caffeine. It has also been shown to boost alpha brain waves which are associated with creativity, relief from trauma, and balances out your brain chemistry. Relaxation, alertness, and Alpha Brain Waves have all shown to play an important role in performing optimally whether you are in the gym, studying for a test, or making a sales pitch to a prospective client.
